Shipping & returns


We ship our packages with PostNL, DHL and DPD, depending on the country of order. With your order you will receive a tracking code that you can use to track your package.

We ship orders over €50 free of charge in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Below you will find an overview of the different shipping methods per country.

In Europe:

Netherlands: PostNL. Parcel post, letterbox post or pick up at PostNL point.

Belgium: DPD. Parcel post or pick up at a DPD parcel point.

Germany: DHL. Parcel post or pick up at a DHL parcel point.

France: DPD. Parcel post or pick up at a DPD parcel point.

Spain: PostNL. Parcel post.

Denmark: DPD. Parcel post or DPD parcel point.

Finland: DPD. Parcel post or DPD parcel point.

Greece: PostNL. Parcel post.

Ireland: DPD. Parcel post or DPD parcel point.

Italy: PostNL. Parcel post.

Poland: DPD. Parcel post or DPD parcel point.

Portugal: PostNL. Parcel post.

United Kingdom: PostNL. Parcel post.

Sweden: DPD. Parcel post or DPD parcel point.

Outside of Europe:

United States: PostNL. Parcel post.

Canada: PostNL. Parcel post.

Australia: PostNL. Parcel post.

If your country of destination is not listed, this means that we will send the package with PostNL, after which it will be handed over to the local postal company abroad. You will then access the tracking page of your local postal company via your PostNL tracking code.

If you choose to have a product delivered by registered mail or to another address, additional costs will be charged. Please make sure that your name and address are filled in completely and correctly so that the postal company can deliver your package without any problems.

We ship all orders discreetly. The shipping material has no logo and we only use the required postal code, house number and city as the sender.

Expected time of delivery:

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days after payment has been received by us. Depending on the country where you live, you can count on the following delivery times:

In the Netherlands:

Parcels and letterbox parcels are delivered within 2 days.

In Europe:

On average, the delivery of a package to Belgium or Germany takes 2 to 5 working days from the moment of shipment. You can count on delivery to all other countries within Europe within 5 to 8 working days.

Outside of Europe:

Outside Europe, a delivery time of 8 to 16 working days is used. Please note that a shipment may experience some delay at customs.


You have 14 days to decide whether you are satisfied with your item. TRANS-MISSIE guarantees that you will receive a refund for all returned items, provided the items are returned in good condition. This means that the items have not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all tags or labels are still attached to the item. Prosthetics must be returned in the original packaging for hygienic reasons.

To get started, report your return items in your account.

1. Log in to our website with your trans-missie account.*

2. Go to 'My orders' and click on the order for which you want to return items.

3. Click on 'Return items'.

4. Select the items you want to return, choose a return reason and a return action.

5. Click on 'Send'.

PLEASE NOTE: when you have registered your return, you do not have to wait for a response with approval. You can send your order after you have registered your return.

After registering your return in our website, you can create a shipping label via our return portal to return your product.

2. Enter your zip code and your order number or the Track&Trace code of the original shipment.

3. Select the items you want to return and choose your return reason.

4. Choose your preferred method of refund.

5. Choose your preferred shipping method.

6. Check your details and confirm your return.

7. Pack your product in the original box or other sturdy packaging. Add our return form or the old packing slip to your return package - click here to download our return form. Another indication of your name and order number is also sufficient.

PLEASE NOTE: we cannot process the return without an indication of origin.

If you have returned your items by post and they are in good condition, we will refund the amount paid or settle the amount paid within 30 days. We will refund your money using the same payment option you used to pay for your purchase. If you paid with a credit card, we will refund the amount to the credit card you used to pay.
