Shipping & returns
We ship all orders with PostNL. We ship orders over € 50 for free in the countries: the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. If you choose to have a product delivered by registered mail or another address, extra costs will be charged. For all shipments to countries other than the above mentioned are sent by registered mail and we charge an amount of € 14.95 and up. Please note that your name and address are completely and correctly filled out so that PostNl can do its job well.
We ship all orders discreetly. The shipping material does not have a logo and we only use the required postcode, house number and city as sender.
Expected delivery time:
We ship all orders within 6-10 business days after your payment has been received by us. This extended production time is a result of COVID-19. Trans-Missie does everything in its power to limit this as much as possible. Depending on the country where you live, you can count on the following delivery times:
Within the Netherlands:
You will receive envelopes and packages within 2 days after shipment within the Netherlands.
On average, the delivery of a package to Belgium or Germany takes 2 to 5 working days from the moment of shipment. All other countries within Europe can count on a delivery within 5 to 8 working days.
Outside Europe a delivery time of 8 to 16 working days is used. Keep in mind that a shipment may be delayed at customs.
Complaints, exchanges or returns
You have 14 days to decide if you are satisfied with the article. DANAE KURVERS guarantees that you will get your money back for all returned items, provided that the items are returned in good condition. This means that the items are not damaged, dirty, washed, altered or worn and that all labels are still on the article. Prostheses must be returned in the original packaging due to hygiene.
When returning, always enclose the, in your order attached, return form. Then we know exactly what you want and we will be able to process your return faster and better.

You can report your complaints or comments to us via the contact form on the website, by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by calling 0031-20-7798806. You can expect a response within 3 working days.

You can return the ordered article to, or bring it to, our workshop:
If you return the item, the shipping costs for the return will be at your expense. Fill out the return form so that we can process your return faster and better. Always mail or call in advance when you want to come along.
If you've returned your items by post and they are in good condition, we will refund the amount paid, or we will settle the amount paid within 30 days. We settle your money through the same payment option with which you've paid your purchase. For example; If you have paid with a credit card, we will refund the amount to the credit card you paid with.
You have 14 days to determine if you are satisfied with the article. If you want to exchange the item for the same item in a different size or color, you do not have to pay extra shipping costs. Check whether the label is still on the article and whether the garment is still in its original condition. The items must not be damaged, dirty, washed, altered or worn and all labels or labels must remain on the article. Prostheses must still be in the original packaging due to hygiene.
