Female>Male

All our underwear and our swimwear can be washed in the washing machine at 30 degrees. Unfortunately, the material is not suitable for the dryer. We advise against using too much detergent.

Build up wearing a binder. First 2 hours, then 4 hours then 6 hours in a row. You may not wear the top longer than 8 hours in a row and a binder is really prohibited during sleep. Your lungs must be able to move freely during your sleep. If the top pinches or you get painful red stretch marks over time, then you do not have the right size! Feel free to contact us for personal advice

Binders without zipper
The side with the double layer of fabric is the front. Roll your binder roughly outwards before you put it on. This prevents the top from curling up completely when it is put on. If this happens, you can use a long shoehorn to roll out the top at the back and pull it down. People with slightly narrower hips can also try to put on the top from the hips. To get rid of the breasts even better, you can push your breasts (under your top) diagonally downwards towards your armpit.

Binders with zipper
First, close the bra closure on the inside of the top at the narrowest part of your waist on the outer eyelet. Then put the lip of the zipper as deep as possible in the runner of the zipper. Zip the zipper up about 5 to 10 centimeters. Put your arms through the arm holes. Hold the upperside of the top as close together as possible with one hand and zip the zipper up with your other hand.

Binder straps
Close the hooks and eyes of the Velcro at the narrowest part of your waist. Turn the top with the closure to the right spot (front or back) and move the top upwards at the correct height around your chest. Model your breasts to get the most flat effect. We recommend pushing your breasts diagonally to the side towards your armpit.

Binders with closure in the middle of the front
Close the hooks and eyes of the Velcro at the narrowest point of your waist. Insert your arms through the arm holes and close. You can make the top tighter or looser, according to your preference.

Binders with closure under the armpit
Pull the top over your head but do not put the arms through the arm holes. Close the hooks, at the height of your waist, on the last row (the most loose) eyes. Pull the top up over the breasts and insert your arms through the armholes. If you want the top a little tighter you can now easily move the brackets.

Underpants
Place the prosthesis in the pouch on the inside of the pants before you put it on. Put on the underpants as normal and model the prosthesis in the correct position. Close the push button.

Harnesses
Decide whether you are going to wear your harness as a jockstrap or as a string and attach the brackets to the straps in the right place on the waistband. Then place the penis prosthesis through the appropriate hole and pull on the harness. You can still adjust the straps to the correct length.

Swimtop
The side with the double layer of fabric is the front. Roll your top outward before you put it on. This prevents the top from curling up completely when it is put on. If this happens, you can use a long shoehorn to roll out the top at the back and pull it down. People with slightly narrower hips can also try to put on the top from the hips. The top can tolerate some strength. Make sure that when you put the top over the hips, you not only pull it up on the shoulder straps but also take hold of the armpits.

Swimsuits
Step in the swimsuit with both feet and pull it up over your hips. Put your arms through the arm holes.

Swimsuits with zipper
The zipper is at the back. Zip up the zipper at the narrowest part of your waist at the front about 10 to 15 cm. Turn the zipper to your back, put your arms through the armholes and pull the cord to pull the zipper up on your back.

Swimsuits with zipper
Step in the swimsuit with both feet and pull it up over your hips. Put your arms through the arm holes and zip the zipper in the middle back

Medical tape
Remove all lotion or creams with an alcohol solution from the area that you are going to cover. This ensures that the tape stays in place better. Tape only the front / side of your body. Do not go all the way around. You run the risk of breaking your ribs as soon as you move. Note: Even though tape is absolutely one of the most effective ways to get rid of your breasts, you should always be able to move comfortably ! Tightening too tight can be very harmful to your health.

Mr. Limpy:
Use lukewarm water or alcohol to clean the Mr. Limpy. Rinse the prosthesis well, roll it through a bowl of cornstarch and let it dry lying on a towel. When the mr. Limpy is dry you can knock off the excess cornstarch and it is ready for use again. DO NOT use talcum powder. This is bad for the material. You can just swim with Mr. Limpy. Be aware that the material can wear a little faster when used intensively in sea and chlorinated water.

Juan, Rio, Enzo, Che or Sebastian:
Wash these prostheses by hand with lukewarm water and a mild soap. DO NOT use cornstarch or talcum powder on the prosthesis. This will remove the matt finish and damage the paint layer.

All tops with spaces for prostheses
Place the prostheses in the spaces provided before you put on your top. Then pull on the top and model the prostheses in the right place. The tops can also be pulled over the hips upwards, when you have broad shoulders.

All underpants that flatten your sex
Pull on like normal underpants and pull your penis backwards or to the front (on your stomach) with your hand as far as possible. It depends on your physique and your personal preference which way you prefer. Make sure that a slip or string has to be tight so that it flattens your penis but it should not pinch anything. When you get painful red stretch marks, you do not have the right size.

Corset
Tuck the corset around the narrowest point on your waist and hook the lower hooks and eyes together. As soon as the lowest ones are closed you can slowly close all hooks and eyes upwards.

Foam prostheses
The foam prostheses can be washed by hand with lukewarm water. Use a drop of soft soap. Too much soap is not good for the material and can make the breast "sticky". Let the protheses air dry on a towel and they are ready for use again.
You can swim with these prostheses. Please note that the material will wear or become discolored more quickly in salt and / or chlorine water after intensive use.

Silicone prostheses and pads
All pads and prostheses can be washed by hand with a mild soap. Take care not to stick these products to the skin with glue or tape. You also need to be careful with long nails or rings with sharp tips. This prevents damage to the outer layer. We recommend to wear the prostheses in a bag on the skin to prevent cracks and minor damage. With all prostheses and pads you can swim.

Medical tape
It is wise to shave the skin first where you want to use the tape and remove lotions or creams with an alcohol solution. You can stick your gender both forwards and backwards. It depends on your physique and your personal preference which way you prefer. Keep your gender forward on your stomach or back between your legs and stick the tape over your gender. It is important that you can move comfortably. The tighter you stick it, the flatter it becomes, but make sure that poor blood circulation can cause serious complications. Never use the tape for longer than 8 hours.
